Nordic Walking at Kingston Lacy

Physical activity is one of the most important things you can do to live well with Parkinson's. Regular activity can help manage symptoms, improve balance and mobility, build confidence and support overall wellbeing. If you have Parkinson's, Nordic Walking can help with gait and rehabilitation, helping you walk further and giving you more confidence walking.

These group sessions are led by an experienced instructor and promote positive physical health and social connections.
