Nordic Walking

The Bracknell & District Parkinson’s Branch is pleased to be able to provide a weekly nordic walking class for Branch members and their carers. 

The class is held each Thursday at 10.30am at South Hill Park in Bracknell and is aimed at gentle exercise whilst socialising with your colleagues.

Please wear suitable and weather-appropriate clothing and footwear.

There is a cost of attendance of £3 per session, which is payable by a monthy payment of £12 in advance.
