Led by a specialist neuro physiotherapist, and Harry Skelton who is an experienced boxing coach with many years experience teaching people of all ages and abilities.
Research shows the importance of exercise to help manage symptoms of Parkinson’s.
Non contact boxing can help with co-ordination, balance, endurance and speed, as well as bringing in cognition and memory as part of the training.
This is a free trial so currently will not cost people to attend.
A charge will be introduced at a later stage to help sustain the classes.
Please wear comfortable clothing and suitable footwear. We recommend bringing a bottle of water.
