Non-Contact Boxing
Boxing drills using pads and bags with some fitness and conditioning led by an experienced instructor.
Helps to improve mobility, balance, strength, and general fitness.
Suitable for all abilities, no previous experience is necessary.
Please wear comfortable clothing and suitable footwear, and bring a water bottle.
Cost is £3 a session. Carers are welcome to join if there is space.
Sessions restricted to 10-12 people, so please get in touch before your first session.
