Neurofit Circuits Class (Macclesfield Leisure Centre)

Neurofit Circuits is a circuit-style class suitable for people with Parkinson's.

The class involves a thorough warm up, followed by a mixture of cardiovascular, strength, balance, coordination and flexibility exercises, which can help improve your balance, strength, flexibility and help with managing your symptoms better. We will then end the class with a cooldown.

The class is a great opportunity to get active, with support from our friendly instructors who provide verbal and visual cues, and an opportunity to socialise and meet other people.

Venue, day and times

• Macclesfield Leisure Centre, Thursdays from 11.15am to 12 noon, commencing from Thursday 20 November 2025.
• We also run classes at Crewe Lifestyle Centre. Please find more information here.

Cost
£35.95 for 12 weeks or £4.45 pay as you go per class.
