Neurodynamic Exercise

Neurodynamic Exercise – Based on Pilates and the philosophy, principles and research of PD WarriorLSVT BIG and PWR MOVES. These programmes  address both physical and cognitive activity at higher levels of intensity, and are suitable for people in the earlier stages of Parkinson’s (mild to moderate symptoms).  The exercises can be adapted to suit individuals, based on their Parkinson’s symptoms and any other health issues. The 10 week programme involves pre- and post-assessments, and there is the opportunity to join an ongoing ‘continuation class’ at the end of the programme.

10 week course available 2-3 times a year then weekly continuation classes available. 

In person classes Mondays weekly 12-1pm Morningside Church, 2 Cluny Gardens, Edinburgh EH10 6BQ, Wednesdays weekly 3-4pm Fisherrow Centre, South St, Musselburgh EH21 6AT.

Zoom neurodynamic classes are weekly on Wednesday 9.30am, Thursday 4pm, Friday 8am.
