Neuro Walking Football

This Walking Football session is run by Nottingham Forest Community Trust. 

Walking football is suitable for anyone living with Parkinson’s, no experience necessary. It is run by a qualified coach and aims to improve muscle strength, balance, co-ordination and mental health and well-being. These sessions are open to anyone (and any gender!), so whether you are a football novice or used to play regularly you will be welcomed. 

Walking football is a fun way to move, there is no running allowed players can only walk. Its a fun way to get active in a team environment, and enjoy being with other people. 

Sessions are held at: Brendon Lawrence Sports Centre, St Anns, 35 Hungerhill Rd, Nottingham NG3 4NB

£4 per session.

The game starts promptly at 10am, but we players are asked to arrive 15 minutes prior to the session starting to ensure you have been registered in, and are ready to play. You must ensure you're wearing appropriate footwear for the session (football moulds and no metal studs). Shin-pads are required as well. 

Please bring your own refreshments & snacks should you require.
