Neuro-Moves is a specialist dance class for people living with neurological conditions, their friends and family. Class is suitable for all.
Led by Helen Gould at The Horse & Bamboo, Waterfoot, Rossendale.
Mondays 2pm- 3.15pm, followed by refreshments.
£3.50 per session, pay weekly, no need to book.
Wear something comfortable.
