Neuro Moves Online

A warm and friendly class for all stages of Parkinson's and other neurological conditions, led by Helen Gould.

The session lasts 1hr and can be taken seated or standing.

We start with a seated warm-up, gently moving to sequences and improvisation that incorporate Helen's interest in music and imagery. Sessions integrate a wide range of music and draw of different dance styles and themes. Over the duration of the class we explore group interaction to enhance the feeling of togetherness whilst grounding our bodies in our home environment.

Please wear comfortable clothing.

Support can be provided to set up Zoom.

The cost is £3.50 per session or block bookings are available - 6 sessions for £20.
