Neuro Heroes PD Power

PD Power is an evidence-based Parkinson's-specific exercise class designed for people who want to challenge their fitness and movement in a varied, higher-intensity session.

Each session combines functional strength training, aerobic exercise, cognitive dual-task activities and balance challenges to support everyday movement, confidence and independence. Led by specialist neuro physios, classes are energetic, varied and motivating, with exercises adapted to safely challenge each individual.

Neuro Heroes PD Power is suitable for people with mild to moderate Parkinson's symptoms who are able to take part in standing exercise for 60 minutes.

These are live, virtual classes held over Zoom, meaning you can access our expertise and benefit from our evidence based exercises from anywhere. You’ll never see 50 or even 20 faces on your screen during our classes. Groups are kept small enough for the class physio to offer real-time, individualised feedback.

Participants are required to complete an online assessment form before their first class to ensure they are placed in the most appropriate session.

Pricing starts from £10 per class, depending upon the membership level. Alternatively, our pay as you go fee is £15 per class. We also offer free and heavily subsidised places in our classes to people who meet certain criteria.
