Neuro Heroes Neuro Elevate

Neuro Elevate is an evidence-based exercise class designed for people living with a range of neurological conditions who want to improve their confidence and ability in standing and walking.

Each session combines supported standing exercise, functional strength training, balance, coordination and cardiovascular exercise to help build stability, endurance and confidence in everyday movement.

Classes are individually adapted, with regular seated rests throughout and the opportunity to use a chair or other support whenever needed. Led by our specialist neurological physiotherapists, Neuro Elevate provides encouragement, guidance and personalised feedback to help you safely progress at your own pace.

Neuro Elevate is suitable for people with moderate neurological symptoms who are able to move between sitting and standing, with rests, over a 60-minute session.

These are live, virtual classes held over Zoom, meaning you can access our expertise and benefit from our evidence based exercises from anywhere. You’ll never see 50 or even 20 faces on your screen during our classes. Groups are kept small enough for the class physio to offer real-time, individualised feedback.

Participants are required to complete an online assessment form before their first class to ensure they are placed in the most appropriate session.

Pricing starts from £10 per class, depending upon the membership level. Alternatively, our pay as you go fee is £15 per class. We also offer free and heavily subsidised places in our classes to people who meet certain criteria.
