Neuro Heroes Advanced Neuro Pilates

Advanced Neuro Pilates is an evidence-based Pilates class designed for people living with neurological conditions who want to improve core strength, posture, balance and movement control.

Combining mat-based and standing exercises, each session challenges stability, flexibility and body awareness while helping you move with greater confidence and efficiency in everyday life.

Classes are individually adapted and led by a specialist neurological physiotherapist, ensuring expert guidance throughout.

This class is suitable for people with previous Pilates experience who are able to get on and off the floor independently.

These are live, virtual classes held over Zoom, meaning you can access our expertise and benefit from our evidence based exercises from anywhere. You’ll never see 50 or even 20 faces on your screen during our classes. Groups are kept small enough for the class physio to offer real-time, individualised feedback.

Participants are required to complete an online assessment form before their first class to ensure they are placed in the most appropriate session.

Pricing starts from £10 per class, depending upon the membership level. Alternatively, our pay as you go fee is £15 per class. We also offer free and heavily subsidised places in our classes to people who meet certain criteria.
