Neuro Fitness Class, Ayr

About the class: NeuroFitness is a 1 hour, gym-based exercise class suitable for anyone with a Parkinson’s diagnosis looking to engage in physical exercise. This class consists of a seated or standing warm-up, use of cardiovascular machines, fixed weight machines working upper body and lower body and then concludes with a seated or standing cool-down and stretch.

When: Every Thursday, 11:30am-12:30pm

Where: Citadel Leisure Centre, South Harbour Street, Ayr, KA7 1JB.

How to access this class: All participants need to complete a referral and receive a face-to-face consultation to ensure suitability for participation. You can refer yourself by completing our Self-referral form or can ask your GP or advising medical professional to complete our Medical Professional referral on your behalf.

Cost: Payment options will be discussed during your consultation in detail. Options include Health Referral Pay As You Go (*£3.50 per class), our Direct Debit Health Membership (*£20 per month) and our Direct Debit Full Fitness Membership (*£30 per month). Membership options are inclusive of additional services. *all prices subject to change
