Movement in Water - Chesterfield

This activity is delivered by the Queen's Park Sport Centre, who are managed by Chesterfield Borough Council. 

Mondays 11.30-12-noon. Moving in Water at Queen's Park Sports Centre, Boythorpe Road (S40 2ND)

Gentle exercise in the water. 

Walking, moving, improving your water confidence and swimming tailored to your needs. The unique properties of water make swimming perfect for people of all ages, particularly for those living with Parkinson's. 

Enjoy instructor supported water based movement, in a warm pool with hoist and easy steps available. Pool depth is 1.2m.

Carers go free.

Pay as you go £3.60, Centre members free of charge. GP referrals taken.
