Movement to Music - Cockermouth

Movement to music dance class, can be done sitting or standing, suitable for beginners and experienced dancers, run by our amazing experienced volunteers.

All welcome, including family and friends. 

Cost £4 per session.

Please wear comfortable clothing that is easy to move in and suitable footwear.

We recommend bringing a bottle of water.
