Movement and Dance Class, Livingston

This specially developed movement and dance class helps with managing daily living with Parkinson’s. Participation can enhance fluidity of movement, develop postural stability, flexibility of the spine and improve balance. Seated options are always available and the class is open to all abilities. Partners/carers are most welcome and encouraged to join in too. This class is led by two specialist dance tutors with more than 25 years’ experience in their field. The class includes gentle warm ups, travelling sequences and some fun dance routines in a relaxed and inclusive environment.

It is advisable to wear comfortable clothing/footwear that is easy to move in. Water can be provided at the venue.

The venue is easily accessible for everyone with access on one level. The maximum class number will be capped at 20 participants. There is no need to book, just turn up! The class has a suggested donation of £4. For more information please contact [email protected] or 07521 358 239
