Move With Parkinson's (Neuro Physiotherapy Class)

Our Move With Parkinson's classes are specialist neurological physiotherapy sessions designed specifically for people living with Parkinson's. Unlike a typical fitness class, every exercise is evidence-based and carefully selected to help improve strength, balance, mobility, confidence and everyday function.

Classes are led by our Specialist Neurological Physiotherapists, who provide expert guidance throughout each session to ensure exercises are performed safely and effectively while adapting activities to suit individual needs.

To provide personalised support, classes are kept small, with just 5–6 participants. We offer different classes for different ability levels, and everyone has a friendly telephone screening before joining to ensure they're placed in the most appropriate group.

Each session includes:

  • 45 minutes of specialist neuro physiotherapy exercise
  • 30 minutes of social time with complimentary tea, coffee and biscuits, giving you the opportunity to chat with fellow participants and our neuro physiotherapists in a relaxed and welcoming environment

Sessions take place in our purpose-built Neuro Rehabilitation Gym, offering a supportive, accessible alternative to a traditional gym setting.

Whether you're looking to maintain your mobility, build confidence or stay active in a supportive environment, our Move With Parkinson's classes are designed to help you move better and live well with Parkinson's.

The cost is £40 per class.
