Move It or Lose It
Exercises to music, both seated and/or standing.
Focus is on improving balance, flexibility and strength including aerobic exercises to build stamina.
The name says it all : “Move It or Lose It”!
Please wear comfortable clothing, suitable footwear, and bring a bottle of water.
All welcome. £5 a session. No charge for partners/carers.
