Learn a simple movement sequence with elements of Tai Chi and Qigong (Shibashi). Seated and standing options available.
This class is ideal for people living with long term health conditions. The class aims to:
- Promote relaxation and calm
- Improve balance and co-ordination
- Help you to move with ease
- Improve your health and wellbeing

Venue: Clockhouse Community Centre, Defiance Walk, Woolwich Dockyard, SE18 5QL
£5.00 a session (or pay what you can afford).
Please wear comfortable clothing that you can move easily in.
