Move Big and Bold

This class is a mainly chair-based class with some standing options. The exercises are designed for people living with Parkinson’s to help improve, strength, balance, co-ordination, and confidence.

We use a range of props including resistance bands, poles and balls to encourage big movements and provide additional challenge.

The session is taught by a qualified and experienced exercise instructor (PD Warrior and PWR!Moves certified), please contact the instructor to register your interest. The group is limited to a maximum of 8 participants.

Newcomers are encouraged to observe a session to see if it meets their needs. There will also be the opportunity to speak to the instructor and complete a basic registration form. Carer support may be advised during the session.

The session takes place in a spacious hall on the ground floor. There is a free car park by the side of the building.

There is a local café for people to meet up for a drink and a chat.

The cost is £5.00 per session, please contact the provider ahead of your first session.
