Move and Live Well with Parkinson's class- North Manchester

Led by experienced dance artist Jody, this relaxed and fun session is for anyone living with Parkinson’s and their support network. Sessions can be taken seated or standing and adapted for anybody. 

Sessions will begin sitting with gentle movements focusing on mobility and body awareness. Using a wide range of music, sessions will develop physical strength, spacial awareness, balance and motor skills. 

Sessions are £3, first session free. There will be refreshments provided and social time included. Partners/carers are encouraged to join. Bring water, comfortable loose clothing and supportive shoes.

There is a small car park at the church, as well as on street parking. The venue is accessible by a ramp and there are accessible facilities.
