Monthly Social Group

A free monthly social group for people with Parkinson's and their families.

We have a range of activities for you to take part in, including Chair Based Exercise, Nordic Walking or a walk to the bird hide. We also have mobility scooters available for hire for £2.

However, all the activities are optional. So, for anyone who doesn’t want to take part, you can just enjoy the tea and chat in good company.

Parking charges apply. Free parking for Blue Badge Holders.
