Low impact Pilates for beginners/ chair based pilates
In Pilates we practice posture placement, mobility, Core strength, back pain management, stretching, balance and co-ordination.
It is also helpful for anyone struggling with their wellbeing as we work on breathing techniques and mindfulness.
Pilates is a great way strengthen your bones.
Classes are aimed at beginners and the over 60s and carers are more than welcome to come along this is a social activity and I encourage anyone to bring a friend along for support.
Please wear comfortable clothing you can move easy in and socks, bare feet or trainers can be worn during the session.
Over 60s session will be some chair based exercises
Booking in advance is essential, the cost for a 6 weeks course is £45.
Please bring a mat if you have one or a towel. Parking is available round the back of the hall
