Love to Move
Love to Move is an exercise programme with physical, social and cognitive benefits. It's a programme of movement and music with coordination activities which help with everyday functionality.
The programme can be adapted for any ability and can be all seated or have elements of standing involved.
The Tuesday class is for people with a greater level of fitness and involves more balance and strength work. Both sessions are fun and friendly groups to get involved with.
- You should wear loose comfortable clothing, flat shoes, and have a drink of water nearby.
- Partners and carers are welcome to join.
- Sessions are all via Zoom.
- Free of charge.
Please contact [email protected] to have a chat before your first session so you can determine which would be the most suitable class for you. She will then provide you with the Zoom link for that session.
