Love to Move
- Love to Move is an exercise programme with physical, social and cognitive benefits. It's a programme of movement and music with coordination activities which help with everyday functionality.
- The programme can be adapted for any ability and can be all seated or have elements of standing involved.
- The Tuesday class is for people with a greater level of fitness and involves more balance and strength work.
Both sessions are fun and friendly groups to get involved with. - You should wear loose comfortable clothing, flat shoes, and have a drink of water nearby.
- Partners and carers are welcome to join.
- Sessions are all via zoom.
- Please contact [email protected] to have a chat before your first session so you can determine which would be the most suitable class for you. She will then provide you with the Zoom link for that session.
