LOUD for LIFE (Online voice exercise class)

LOUD for LIFE® is a voice exercise class for people with Parkinson’s who have previously completed the LSVT LOUD® treatment protocol with a Speech Language Therapist.

This is a virtual/online class delivered in English via Zoom. Available for anyone around the world who is eligible to attend.

Who can attend?

Anyone who has completed all 16 sessions of LSVT LOUD with a certified clinician can attend.

I've completed LSVT LOUD - how will these classes help me?

Your treatment sessions have helped you to improve your voice quality and loudness and have served as rehabilitation for your voice. Following that period of rehabilitation we know how important it is to continue to keep your voice in shape. 

LOUD for LIFE is a post-discharge, community-based exercise class which offers the opportunity for people to practice their exercises and louder voices in a group setting with other LSVT LOUD graduates. Classes are intended to be fun, challenging, engaging and will provide participants with opportunities for social interaction while they exercise!

Who delivers these classes?

Classes are delivered by Veronica Clark, a highly trained specialist speech and language therapist with a special interest in Parkinson’s. Veronica is certified in both LSVT LOUD and LOUD for LIFE which means she has taken the necessary courses to be able to provide this treatment and exercise class.

When and where will they be held?

Classes take place biweekly. Contact us for our latest schedule of classes.

How much do the classes cost?

Classes cost £9 each and payment can be made online. Booking and payment can be made after you have registered your interest.
