Living Well With Parkinsons: HeadStart Exercise Classes (Sale)

Head Start sessions are a great way to get moving, have fun, and tackle feelings of isolation or stress. Whether you're looking to get fitter, make friends, or improve your everyday life, our Head Start sessions are here for you.

The sessions involve low-impact exercises including a warm-up, exercise (suitable for everyone) and a chance to learn tips for better health.

We play lots of games to keep the exercise fun and we offer activities/discussion to support your body and mind.

At the end of every session we sit down for a chance to meet new people and enjoy being part of a community, with hot & cold refreshments.

Carers/partners are welcome to join or watch for all sessions and we recommend suitable sports clothing, non-slip shoes and a water bottle.

No booking is required just contact Lucy and she will advise you on how to join after completing a physical activity readiness form.

The sessions are free to attend.
