Living & Moving Well with Parkinson's
This is a low-intensity health and wellbeing session based in Trafford. The aims of the session are to empower local people to improve their strength, mobility, and cardio fitness in a friendly, social, group setting.
The session is aimed at people from all Parkinson's backgrounds, with sessions tailored to meet individuals needs.
Parents, carers and friends are welcome to join in with the session, so please come along! The venue is step-free.

Please wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing, and bring a drink to the session. You may wish to bring a towel along to the session too.
