Live Well & Stay Active Session for Parkinson's

Join us for a day aimed at supporting a healthy, active lifestyle for people that are working age and/or are active with Parkinson's. This full-day programme includes informative talks and engaging, beneficial activities.

We will be joined by Dr Marta Camacho of University of Cambridge, talking about gut health and the relationship to Parkinson's.

A local budding Inventor, John Fisher, will talk about the development of his app to help with freezing.

You can try Tai-Chi and Music Therapy. This is a great networking opportunity too. Share conversations and experiences.

There is no cost but we ask that people bring an item for lunch that 4 people can share.

For more information or to book, please get in touch.
