Live Well with Parkinson's - information and social event

Join us for talks from Bolton's Neurology Long Term Conditions Team, including Parkinson's nurses and physiotherapists, about how to live well with Parkinson's.

Meet your Parkinson's local adviser who can help with:

• information and advice on dealing with the day-to-day impact of Parkinson's
• navigating the benefits process and information on grants and financial support 
• information and support with navigating the health and social care system
• support around employment issues
• providing emotional support

Meet volunteers from our local Parkinson's group which offers a range of activities to help you live well with Parkinson's and meet other people with Parkinson's or who are caring for someone who has the condition.

Light refreshments will be served.
