Light Resistance Exercise (Medx)
This strength training is instructor led. It suits all levels, with the strength training being conducted in seated equipment.
The instructor allows for one-to-one assistance with the client.
The focus is on completing a workout that focuses on improving mobility, balance, strength and cardiovascular output.
It is advised to wear comfortable clothes to allow for movement and soft/trainer shoes. Classes are conducted with 3-5 other members one at a time completing their given routine. More assistance is available depending upon the persons capabilities.
No experience required and all welcome.
£10 per 30 minute session. various 30 min sessions - check with instructor for times. Booking required for a 6 week block in advance. Pre book taster session for free.
