Let’s Tango for Parkinson’s
They say that: ‘If you can walk, you can Tango’. We add that: ‘If you have Parkinson’s and can Tango, you will walk better!’
You don’t need any dance experience, or a partner, just a pair of smooth-soled shoes. Any friends or family would be welcome too.

Learning to Tango can help to improve your posture, balance, flexibility and mobility. We work safely within your own limits.
Please come and join us at our weekly Thursday session from 11am - 12 noon.
The classes are provided free of charge. If a participant wishes to donate money for the ongoing running of classes, we suggest a monthly donation of £10.00.
