LEGS Extra (High Intensity Circuit Based Exercises) - Online

LEGS is an award-winning charity providing accessible and subsidised rehabilitation for people with neurological conditions, with face-to-face classes across London and online provision supporting people across the UK.

LEGS Extra is a higher intensity circuit based exercise class, with a focus on strength, balance, agility and fitness.

• Delivered as an 11 week course, costing £77 per block (11 classes).
• Please wear loose clothing and comfortable shoes, and have water and any medication that you may need with you for the class.
• Partners and carers are welcome to assist.
• Delivered online via Zoom.

We initially ask you to complete a referral form and then we offer a free, online Zoom assessment with one of our fully qualified physiotherapists. This is so we can determine whether this is our most suitable class for you.
