Kings Lynn Shufflers walking group

This a a relaxed informal walking group on well trodden routes for people with Parkinson's and their carers.

Weather and number of attendees determine the length of the walk. The ground is uneven under foot in some places but is wheelchair friendly. 

This is a gentle exercise activity for all abilities but more than that it’s a social event with a cuppa and piece of cake afterwards.

Please come dressed for the weather and wear practical footwear.
