Kings Lynn and West Norfolk Group Meeting

We offer information, friendship and support to local people with Parkinson's, their families and carers. We have coffee, tea, a chat and guest speakers. 

Elliott is an exercise instructor and he joins us for most of our meetings to deliver a 45 minute seated exercise session.

• 19 February: Great Curling Competition. Hand massage by Jo.
• 19 March: Pottery Painting with Jacqui from Mere Ceramics (there will be a charge for this activity).
• 16 April: Ask Lily, Careline.
• 21 May: Asif Mahmood, Consultant at the QEH.
• 18 June: Baroness Evans of Bowes Park (James Wild MP's wife) to talk to us about life in the House of Lords.
• 16 July: Afternoon Tea Dance.
• 20 August: Eyes Down for the Bingo of a Life Time!!!
• 17 September: Fish and Chips. Henry’s at Hunstanton at 12 noon for 12.30pm start.
• 15 October: Archery.
• 12 November: Sandringham Walk. Please bring £5 for tea and cake.
• 19 November: Christmas Crafts
• 17 December: Christmas Party
