Kings Lynn and West Norfolk Group Meeting

We offer information, friendship and support to local people with Parkinson's, their families and carers. We have coffee, tea, a chat and guest speakers. 

Elliott joins us for most of our meetings to deliver seated exercise sessions.

Fish and Chips at Hunstanton - meet at Henry’s from 12 noon for a 12.30pm start. A £5 per person deposit will be required to reserve your place.

Christmas crafts with Linda and Jeanette, and a Christmas quiz.

11 December
Christmas afternoon party, music and games. Wear your Christmas accessories for a bit of fun. Prize for best outfit!
