Kali for Parkinson’s
This is the national martial art of the Philippines. It is a form of movement that uses body and mind. No physical combat is included. It will help with core strength, balance and control and can be carried out either seated or standing. For those of you who like long words, Kali will help to improve your neuroplasticity.
Every Monday from 1pm to 3pm.
Spend some time learning a new skill and being active, followed by some social time.
£4 for Kali plus £1 for a hot drink for both people with Parkinson’s and their companion.
