This is a very popular low impact seated class.

All are welcome, including carers, if required. You are invited to refreshments and the opportunity for a friendly chat after each class.

  • Each session costs £7 on a pay-as-you-go basis.
  • Please contact the branch if you would like to attend.
  • The venue is well served by public transport and nearby car parks.
