Inclusive Cycling Sessions

Our inclusive cycling sessions are open to everyone, regardless of age, ability, experience, or confidence. Whether you're new to cycling, need extra support, or use an inclusive bike, we're here to make cycling enjoyable and accessible for all.

We provide a welcoming and supportive environment for:

  • people with physical or learning disabilities
  • anyone with limited balance or mobility
  • those building confidence or recovering from injury
  • carers, family members and support workers

We have a wide fleet of inclusive bikes, including:

  • trikes and tandem trikes
  • hand cycles
  • side-by-side social bikes
  • standard cycles for carers and companions

It's not just exercise - it's empowerment.

Come along, have fun, and enjoy the freedom of riding in a safe, inclusive space.

The sessions take place on our outside velodrome track, so please wear clothes you are comfortable moving around in that are suitable for the weather conditions.

Sessions cost £5.50 per participant, with carers and personal assistants joining free. Helmets and bikes are included in the cost.
