Hydrotherapy Eastbourne

Hydrotherapy for people affected by Parkinson's. We offer 3 sessions at different difficulty levels, each last 30 minutes.

First session starts at 10:30am / Second session starts at 11:00am / Third session starts at 11:30.

Spaces for hydrotherapy are limited, therefore we ask that people are members of either the Eastbourne or Hailsham Branch.

You need a doctor's referral to join the sessions and an assessment by a physiotherapist will be done before your first session.
