Hertfordshire Keep on Moving Working Age Group - Online

This is an evening online group for working age people with Parkinson's located in Hertfordshire but all welcome.

There is a mixture of mainly evening Zoom sessions, plus some weekend face to face meetings. There is no charge to attend.

We catch up online every six weeks and listen to experts on all aspects of living with Parkinson’s. We also get together in a location in Herts three times a year, where we have speakers and break out groups to help with key self-help topics including exercise, diet, mental wellbeing and work policies.
