Medway Health Walks range from 10 - 75 minutes to suit all abilities at various locations around Medway. These social walks are led by trained Volunteer Walk Leaders. The walks are organised to support people to get the most enjoyment out of walking . Walking is a gently low impact form of exercise and suitable for all ages and abilities but if you have a concern please contact your Doctor. Dogs on leads are welcome on most walks.
Walking is also a cheap way to exercise. All that is needed is a comfortable pair of shoes and suitable clothing.
Walk and collect goodies. We give away bags, water bottles, tee-shirts and pedometers once you have achieved a certain amount of walks.
We have three 10 - 30 mins walks which are great for beginners or for those who are coming back from illness.
