Head, Heart Health programme (Prescot)
Our Head, Heart, Health programme for people living with Parkinson’s provides inclusive, supportive physical activity designed to improve both physical and mental wellbeing.
The sessions focus on gentle movement, balance, strength, and coordination, while also creating a safe social space to reduce isolation.
Participants benefit from improved mobility, confidence, and independence, alongside meaningful social connection.
By combining adapted exercise with time to talk and connect, the programme helps people with Parkinson’s feel supported, understood, and empowered to stay active and engaged in their community.
All abilities are welcome and the sessions are free to attend.
Please wear comfortable clothing and suitable footwear.
