Harlow Group Meeting

The Harlow group offers a range of activities between 11am and 3pm every Wednesday for people with Parkinson's their partners or carers.

11:00 - 12:30 is tea and chat, then on the fourth Wednesday of the month it's gentle exercise.

12:30 - 1:15 Lunch. On the third Wednesday of the month we have fish and chips!

1:15 - 3:00 we have speakers, singing or another activity.

There is a car park at the venue as well as street parking in the area. There are no steps to get to our meeting room.

The £6 charge includes lunch (£4 if you bring your own lunch)

Since reopening this year, we have tried to get our members a bit more interactive with one another. The Kurling has been used more frequently, and several people have been learning to play Rummikub. It certainly helps to keep the brain ticking. Also, it has been nice to see more people using the Pool tables again. Maybe we can organise a Pool Competition again.
