Harlow Group Meeting

The Harlow group offers a range of activities between 11am and 3pm every Wednesday for people with Parkinson's their partners or carers. 

11:00 - 12:30 is tea and chat, then on the fourth Wednesday of the month it's gentle exercise.

12:30 - 1:15 Lunch. On the third Wednesday of the month we have fish and chips!

1:15 - 3:00 we have speakers, singing or another activity. 

There is a car park at the venue as well as street parking in the area. There are no steps to get to our meeting room.

The £6 charge includes lunch (£4 if you bring your own lunch)

Since reopening this year, we have run interactive activities like Kurling and several people have been learning to play Rummikub. It certainly helps to keep the brain ticking. Some people also use the pool tables and we have had competitions.
