Gym sessions and carers catch up

Access to gym facilities for people with Parkinson’s supervised by a qualified instructor. 

An assessment is required before using the gym and a personalised programme is provided. The assessment is free and each weekly session costs £3.40.

Family or carers are welcome to join us in the Terrace cafe for a chat.
