Portsmouth Working Age Group Meeting

At our group meetings, we offer information, friendship and support to local people affected by Parkinson's, their families and carers. Join us in March and September to meet other people affected by Parkinson's in your area. Our meetings normally take place between 7 - 9.30 pm and include a meal. For dates, please contact Sally. 

We are a friendly and active group offering a wide range of activities. This includes supervised gym sessions, coffee, chat and social events. We also have Nordic walking, outings, Christmas lunch and an annual holiday.  Please contact Sally for more information about our group.
