Golf for Parkinson's

We meet most Fridays in season, subject to ground and weather conditions.

The season usually runs from April to November, and Bradley Park has kindly hosted us for the last 5 years.

We are a small but welcoming group of golfers affected by Parkinson's. Physical activity has been proven to delay the onset of some symptoms, and golf challenges your brain, balance and coordination.

Please wear suitable outdoor shoes and clothes you are comfortable moving around in. Family members and carers are welcome to join us, and please do not feel you need to be an experienced golfer to come along!

Sessions cost £7.50 per participant, and include support from professional golfers. We begin on the driving range, before moving on to the 9 hole putting course. Play starts at 10:15, and we move to the club house around 11:30 for a drink and a chat.

Please contact Linda 24 hours ahead of the session if you are planning on attending so that she can confirm numbers with the club and inform anyone if there is a weather-related change.
