Golden Lions

Parkinson’s UK and Swinton Lions Community Sports Foundation are launching a new exercise class in Salford for people living with Parkinson’s.

Led by a qualified coach, the Golden Lions exercise class offers gentle, seated Parkinson’s friendly exercise, with a brew and a biscuit afterwards.

Where: Agnes Hopkins Community Centre, Clarendon Road, Swinton, M27 4BQ
When: Tuesdays, 11-12pm, starting 29 September
Cost: £4 per session (First session FREE)
