Gogledd Eryri Support Group

Our Gogledd Eryri group meets once a month at Arfon Leisure Centre in Caernarfon where there is table tennis, boccia and a chance to have a cuppa and a chat.

Table tennis has been shown to be very beneficial for people living with Parkinson's, promoting hand-eye coordination and releasing endorphins that help with mood. No experience is needed to come along and have a go, and there is no pressure to play like a pro.

There will also be the opportunity to play boccia and have a drink and a chat with like minded people.
