George's Parkinson's Punch Bunch

■ Non-contact Parkinson’s Boxing & Fitness Session designed to support people living with Parkinson’s through structured, engaging exercise. 

■ Sessions combine boxing-based drills, balance work, coordination exercises, and light strength & conditioning to improve mobility, stability, and confidence. 

■ Led by an England Boxing qualified coach, fully DBS checked, safeguarding trained, and experienced in delivering inclusive community programmes.

■ Suitable for all ability & mobility levels – exercises can be adapted for seated or standing participation depending on
individual needs. 

■ Focus areas include balance, coordination, strength, cardiovascular fitness, and cognitive engagement. 

■ Delivered in a supportive, friendly group environment that encourages social interaction and peer support. ■ Partners and carers are very welcome to attend, observe, or take part where appropriate. 

■ Please wear comfortable clothing and supportive footwear; bringing a water bottle is recommended. ■ All equipment is provided; no prior boxing experience required. 

■ Sessions are non-contact and safe, with emphasis on well being rather than competition. 

■ Venue is accessible (please enquire for specific access requirements). 

■ Limited spaces available to ensure quality coaching and individual attention.
