Gentle Yoga with Janice
This is Subtle inspired Yoga which is a physical practice on or around a chair with gentle movement where the emphasis is on developing the link between mind and body. There will be simple breathwork techniques as well as pauses for development of interoceptive awareness. The class will end with a seated relaxation and often a guided meditation. All movement and poses are optional and alternatives will be offered where needed. It is suitable for everyone.
Loose, comfortable layers of clothing are needed, joggers and a T shirt are perfect. We usually work barefoot but if you prefer shoes then flexible footwear with good grip would be best. A water bottle is a good idea.
Partners and Carers are welcome, although there is a charge for each person participating.
There is some parking at the venue and a drop off point at the front of the hall. Bays of 2 hour parking are available nearby.
