Gentle Chair Aerobics - Targeting Strength & Balance & Mobility
Join our weekly gentle chair-based aerobics exercise for older adults or any age with underlying health issues (e.g. Fibromyalgia, hip/knee replacement, Strokes, Parkinson’s, Arthritis, etc.) targeting balance, mobility and strength.
Mixture of seated & standing exercise. You’ll soon notice a difference in your health & movement & make new friends. *Suitable for wheelchair access.... no floor work.... A health questionnaire (PARQ) will be provided
Pay as you go £3.50, no advance booking required. Carers/Partners welcome (fee still applies) or they can sit in room next to hall.
Comfortable clothing is advised, good grip shoes & water bottle. Free light refreshment provided before & after class. Doors open at 10.30am if you fancy free hot drink before class
